My tracking hasn't updated!
External tracking website may not show updates until the package arrives in your destination country. For the most accurate and up-to-date tracking information, we suggest that customers download the "Shopify" app and "Track Your Order" page by entering your tracking number. Our system provides more precise updates.
Why is it taking so long to deliver?
After your order is placed, you will be able to request a cancellation. Once the period has passed, it takes 2-3 days to produce your VacBags. Then, followed by 1-2 days to push and ship your order. Then 8-12 days for delivery.
- US: 13-15 Days Total
- MSC: 15-17 Days Total
- Rest of World: 13-17 Days Total
My tracking info is stuck on "label created"?
If your tracking number only shows "Label Created," try entering it on our website's "Track Your Order" page for a more detailed update on its status. If no additional information appears, it's possible that the local carrier is waiting for your package to arrive in your home country, which may take a few days after its departure.
Why isn't my tracking information updating?
We use our own tracking numbers for all orders. To track your package, we recommend using the "Shopify" app or our website once the product has arrived in your country. Once it's in the local system, tracking updates will be reflected there.
